About the owner

Mark S. Chodak has managed and owned rental properties in and around Baltimore City for more than three decades. After earning his AA degree from the University of Baltimore and his JD degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and following his several years of service as a Housing Inspector for the Housing Department of Baltimore City, he became a full time property manager. Mr. Chodak has served on the Governor's Landlord Tenant Commission as a Landlord Representative. He is well versed in all applicable laws and regulations, including those applying to lead paint and other environmental issues.
